We make all of our ornaments in house! We will send you a proof of your ornament design after you place your order. You’ll need to approve the design before we produce your ornament! During peak season proofs will only be sent upon request.
Ornaments are handmade to order, please allow 1-3 business days to make your order (plus ship time).
An email with the tracking information will be provided once the package has been processed for mailing.
